Starting Thursday February 5th, 2026 & Monday February 2, 2026
• Mondays at 10am and Thursdays at 11am
These 5-Week Series’ are a GREAT way to start your journey here at Authentic Pilates Niagara! Limited to 3 per class, you’ll be attending bespoke and customized authentic Classical Pilates classes, that cover the BASIC / Foundations of the exercises on the: Reformer, Tower/Cadillac , Wunda Chair Mat, Spine Corrector and Small Barrels, and other equipment.
Progress safely, effectively and accordingly through the authentic pilates system.
The equipment progresses your strength, mobility, flexibility and motor control while you gain more body awareness, confidence, strength and vitality.
The best way to start?….
(A) Email the studio: info@authenticpilatesniagara.com to let me know you’re interested and which class date you want to attend (for this round, there is ONE spot left for Mondays at 10am and 3 spots NOW OPEN for Thursdays at 11am.
(B) Purchase the 10 Pack Semi Private Equipment package
(C) I will enter you into those classes in the software to reserve your spot.
(D) Once you’re nearing the end of the 5 weeks, some have chosen to continue for another 5 weeks at the same time slot/Foundations Focus class. Depending on your ability, you might be approved to enter the “Equipment Classes” on the schedule — but really there’s no rush — you’ll be getting a workout each time you attend and the exercise lists are robust in the Basic level, so you’ll NEVER be bored!
