Payment

Payment in full is required prior to scheduling or participating in any studio activities. Authentic Pilates Niagara accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and cash. All fees require HST. You can pay in person at the studio or online with our GymCatch scheduling system.

Cancellation Policy

Authentic Pilates Niagara is a business that’s based on respecting everyone’s time: student and teacher. And with limited spaces and machines available for Semi Private groups and Appointment sessions, the 24 hour cancel policy is applied here. If you cancel at the last minute, or with less than 24 hours notice, that’s a spot that could’ve gone to someone else, hence the 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.

Be sure to cancel your class / appointment through your Account on GymCatch outside of 24 hours before your scheduled time.

If you cancel a class with less than 24 hours, your Class or Appointment will be forfeited from your package/account.

As well, accountability matters in your progress and commitment to yourself. The policy adds one more reason to come to your class or session… get a great workout and feel better as a result.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds however any ourchases may be transferred to a friend or family member.

EmailS, TEXTS and communication

Although cancellations cannot be accepted by email, I still love using it! I’ll do the majority of our communication via email. It’s the easiest way to send important notifications, Receipts, Confirmations and Cancellations (through automatic system). Be sure you have an active email address in your account profile, and that you are set within your profile, to receive Notifications. Otherwise, you may NOT be receiving notice of class information. I will never share or sell your private information.
